Do not call to mind the former things, Or ponder things of the past. “Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert. – Isaiah 43:18-19 (NASB)
On this New Year, look for God to be doing something new in your life. Let go of the past and let Jesus renew your heart and mind. Look for God making a way for you in the wilderness of your life, refreshing you in the hot dry desert.

Blessings for the New Year!
Indeed, we need to allow the Lord to help us stow away the darker elements of the past year. In turn, His love and grace will prepare a new year, filled with hope and peace.
Thanks for sharing those thoughts. Well said. Blessings.
Great perspective, CG, as we head into the new year. I try to keep that mindset with every new DAY, and sometimes I feel myself getting excited without knowing why!
