I’ve been there, unsure if I’m really choosing the best way. Sometimes my prayer is, “Lord, I think this is where you want me to be. If I’m right, open the door wide. If not, please block the way.” I’ve seen Him do this, sometimes even when I think I’m doing His will (or I’m doing what I want.). It’s a good way not to be frustrated with the roadblocks I encounter, believing that God either put them there or allowed them for a reason.
