As I take a breath this morning, I praise you dear God for giving me life. More importantly, I praise you for giving me eternal life through the death and resurrection of your son Jesus. Such a precious gift you have given, to walk with you, with your Spirit dear God. I am humbled by your presence. Thank you for your grace and love.

Amen! I am reminded when another morning arrives that God’s grace shares the preciousness of His love for a sinner like me.
Your comment makes me think of Lamentations 3:22-23:
“Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.” Blessings.
Amen, brother. I said a similar prayer to the Lord earlier this morning—“It’s a blessed day, because I woke up and am alive.” God sustains us.
