In so many blog posts over the years we have shared our journey through life. We have shared our struggles and our joys. At times we have cried out to God in earnest prayer; we have prayed for one another. We have shared our faith journey, as we seek to grow closer to Jesus — seek to follow his ways.
Together our prayers can build up the community of believers in Jesus Christ. By sharing our joys and sorrows with one another, we can lift one another in prayer before God; we can strengthen one another in our faith.
Today I am beginning a weekly post called “Prayer Journey” — a place where we can share what is on our heart; a place to request prayer and to pray for one another in the comment section of this post. May you be blessed this day as we share our faith journey with one another.
As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord by failing to pray for you. And I will teach you the way that is good and right. – 1 Samuel 12:23

I lift up in prayer the homeless. May we remember those who are less fortunate than ourselves.
Amen.
Thank you for offering this. Please pray for our church, both the one we attend and God’s Church / His Body in the big picture. I’m also praying that His leaders rise up, and that His followers obey.
This is such a good thing to pray for — both the local and the global church as well as its leadership. May springs of life-giving water well up from within our churches and quench the parched souls who thirst for Christ Jesus.
Amen
A wonderful and much needed idea, thank you! I will be reading what is shared so that I too can be praying for folks and will reply as led by Holy Spirit.
Blessings,
Pastor Chuck
I could use prayers for my nephew who had complications during surgery and was taken off a ventilator a few days ago. He is slowly improving, but is still in ICU.
In prayer I ask Jesus to speak healing into your nephew, that his recovery would astound the medical team and bring glory to the Father. Amen
Thank you. Blessings.
