You, dear Lord, know me through and through. You know my tears before they leave my eyes. You know the depths of my heart. You know my desires, every fabric of my being. Every cell that forms me. You have known me since my first breath and you know the time of my last breath. Your grace is sufficient; your love never ending; your care is vast and unlimited. Help me to rely on your strength, not my own. Help me to remain focused on you dear Jesus.
