Strengthen me Lord to bear the cross you have given me, the cross you have crafted for me to carry. You have equipped me with the ability to carry this cross, given me the muscle, bones, and mind to hoist it upon my shoulders. You have prepared me for this moment, as you have every moment I encounter. But you still let me chose if I want to bear this cross you have set before me. Yet not my will, but your will, dear God.
