God has made us for a purpose. He has a plan for our life. It is our appointed task. He has chosen us, yet we must chose to follow Jesus — chose to commit to a relationship to Christ. As our faith grows, as we learn more about God, we also learn more about our true purpose. Our desires become God’s desires. Our focus turns to the eternal instead of the temporal. We begin to produce fruit for the kingdom of God, fruit that will last.

You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. – John 15:16 (NASB)
He chose me. He chose you. We are to bring him glory and He even provides the power to produce the fruit that brings him glory.
Amen! Praise God! Blessings.
True, as we are one with Christ, we want the same things He wants. I think that’s what it means, “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” (Psalm 37:4)💕
