How can I fully trust you dear God — to walk through life without worry, to be at ease knowing you are in control? The attacks come; problems stalk me; grief envelopes me; fear seizes me. If I am totally immersed in you dear God, what do I have to fear. You are eternal. You are omnipresent. Nothing happens without your knowledge. You are intimately involved in my life. You handcrafted me. It is that daily walk between the temporal and the eternal that challenges me. Help me dear Lord to walk with an eternal perspective. Let me not get caught up in the temporal things that entangle and cause fear. Give me the faith to lean on you more each day.
