Prayer Journey — Friendship

I praise you dear God for friends; long-term friends who have walked with us through very difficult times. Their prayers have lifted us up when we have been too weak to raise our hands to you dear Lord. When trials made it difficult to find words to cry out to you dear God, their words reached you. They were a fortress when everything crumbled around us. They were the voice of kindness and reassurance when it seemed hurtful words surrounded us. They are a drink of living water for our parched soul. They are life givers, filling us with hope and joy. I praise you dear God for friends you have placed in our lives.
