Thank you God for sending your son Jesus to bring us salvation; to free us from the chains of sin; to give us an eternal hope that we cannot obtain on our own. Praise God for this wonderful gift we only need to receive — to accept Christ Jesus into our heart. Take time today to give thanks to the Lord God for the blessings he has given you. I am thankful for the faithfulness and love of our Lord. And for a little book of 100 days of thanksgiving my granddaughter and husband gave me for Christmas. It is a blessing I share with my Mom who has dementia. It starts her day with a thankful heart.
May you know God’s blessings for the coming year.

We can obey from the heart because God Himself has replaced our hearts of stone with hearts of flesh; He has come to indwell us, guide us, succor us.
May we continue to pursue a heart for God.
