Praying is a connection to God. It is an act of baring our heart and laying our deepest emotions before him. It is an expression of gratitude for all He has done, even the very breath you take each moment that gives you life. It is to seek His purposes, to trust he wants the best for you. It is to humble yourself before a loving God full of grace.
