I wanted to take a moment to talk about a few items in the menu of this blog that you might not be aware of. Click on the menu icon on the top right of the blog and you will find some things that might interest you:
If you scroll down the menu page past the subscribe button and recent posts, you will find a category listing as well as a word cloud of tags used in posts. This can be helpful if you’re looking for posts by topic.
Click on the “Select Category” and you will see a list of categories. Chose one such as “Wednesday Walk” or “Prayer Journey” and a list of those posts will open.
Another note about tags–I usually list the scripture used in each post as a tag. If you click on the scripture tag at the end of the post, you will get a list of other posts that use that scripture.
If you scroll back to the top of the menu, you’ll also find a link to the publication schedule. This page provides the days and times of the week when posts publish during the month as well as any series of posts currently publishing. You can check here to see if there are any changes in any given month.
Thanks for reading.
Chris, thank you for sharing this information. It encourages me to leave the WP reader to check out your index. Best wishes with your second novel.
Thanks! I didn’t consider that you have to view the site outside the WP reader to see the menu. Thanks for reading. Blessings.
You keep your readers well informed, Chris. Accessibility and predictability, plus good content is a great recipe for an outstanding blog. Yours is!
Thanks, David. Blessings for the new year.
